AITech E-Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier Check, and PayPal. We do verify your credit card validity, billing and shipping address and card security code. Our order form is secure, so please enter the card information with no fear of compromise.
The processing of your order is subject to credit card verification, which may delay shipment, particularly if any of the following conditions apply:
- Foreign credit card
- Ship To and Bill To addresses are different
From time to time an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you after receipt of your order.
Requests for order cancellations received 24 hours after an order was placed are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
- Shipping & Delivery
Billing and Shipping Address
To prevent credit card fraud, we verify your billing and shipping address with your credit card issuer. We will notify you by e-mail if your billing and shipping address are different than the address your credit card company has on file for you. For expediting your order, please enter your billing address exactly as it is on file with your credit card issuer.
Orders are released to the Shipping Department after credit card verification. No weekend or holiday shipping. Shipping rates are viewable on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. AITech International Corporation is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
- Sales Tax
Orders shipped to California will be charged 8.75% Sales tax on the total order excluding the shipping charge.
Limited 1 Year Warranty - Parts and Labor
Products are warranted to be free from failures due to
defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original
purchase as evidenced by a copy of the purchase receipt. During the warranty
period, AITech, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace at no charge,
the product which, in its opinion, is defective.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be
obtained from AITech Tech Support prior to returning any merchandise for repair
or replacement. Merchandise sent to AITech without an RMA will be returned
unopened. To request an RMA number you must e-mail our Technical Support.
The original purchaser is responsible for both way shipping
costs within the United States. Shipments to outside of the United States can
be made if the original purchaser makes arrangements with AITech to cover the
cost of shipping.
If the failed product has been modified in any way without
the consent of AITech, or if the failure is the result of misuse, abuse, or
misapplication, AITech has no obligation to repair or replace the failed

accompanying written materials (including the user's guide) are provided
"as is" without warranty of any kind including the implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AITech specifically
does not warrant the operation of the product and will not be liable for any
direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or
inability to use such product even if AITech has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damage, so the above
limitation may not apply.
- Return Policy
Products purchased from AITech, and shipped to locations in
the United States, may be returned after obtaining a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special Order Items are subject to a higher restocking fee depending on situation or the level of customization.
To avoid additional charges, product must be returned in original condition. Product that is damaged, has missing parts, without the original package or been tampered with will be subject to an additional
restocking/repair fee depending on the product condition. Returning a product without an authorized RMA will be refused of return. Customer should be responsible for the consequences of any unauthorized return.
